Bob Schmitz, founder of Frontier Roofing Systems, Inc. started his roofing career in 1980 during the summers to earn extra money for college. While attending college Bob found himself having to support himself and started roofing full time. Bob worked for a small roofing company named Hulm Construction for the first couple of summers and the first full time year as a roofer. He worked at several of the largest roofing companies in Denver which include, B&M Roofing, Arapahoe Roofing, Capitol Roofing and finally worked for 16 years with Turner Morris Roofing where he move up the ranks to an upper level management position. Finally Bob followed his dreams and started Frontier Roofing Systems, Inc.
