If you truly have an Emergency Roof Leak we will have Roof Repair Technicians to your site within 4 hours of your call. Emergency and after hours Roof Repairs are billed at 150 percent of the normal rates. Material cost remain the same.

You will receive a full detailed report including pictures and site diagrams of your roofing problems. These reports will be delivered to you via email and if you request it you will also receive a hard copy in the mail.

Inclement weather repairs. If requested Frontier Roofing Systems Inc. will go to your site during bad weather as long as it is deemed to be safe to be on a roof. It may not be possible to perform long term repairs during inclement weather. Return trips to complete longer term repairs may be necessary during good weather.

How to request a time an material repair.

The first thing you can do is just call and our staff will get the ball rolling for you.
Every time and material repair client needs to fill out a time and material agreement form.
You can request a repair three ways. First you can call in your repair. Second you can print and fax in a repair request form to 877 449-0234 or thirdly you can email the form to info@frontierroofing.net
After your request has been received we will send an email confirmation. Next you will receive an email regarding the day and time that the repair technicians will be at your site. If you prefer a call instead of an email just let us know.

Time and Material Roof Repair Fees for

$172.00 per Repair minimum base fee. After one hour of service the repair will be billed at our normal rates shown below.

$78.00 per hour per Master Roof Technician

$66.00 per hour per Roof Technician

Material Costs

Time and material roof leak repairs in Northern Colorado are usually completed by two Roof Repair Technicians per team. This is done this way for two reasons. First working on the roof can be dangerous and having a second person is a critical part of our safety plan. Secondly we can really utilize two people per roof repair. If the size of the repair justifies additional personnel in cases of major roof failures, we will assign the appropriate numbers of technicians for the task.

The billing for each Roof Repair will start at our arrival to the work site and will end when we leave.
