TPO roof membranes are white membrane that have heat welded seams. This membrane can be fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted. EPDM roof membranes are black membranes and are seamed by the use of butyl tapes. The membranes are very resistant to hail and can be fully adhered, mechanically attached and ballasted.
