During my career in roofing I have been involved with so many different types of roofing that there is no way that I could list them all. Here is a list of different types of projects that I have been involved with. Rocky Flats This was a four ply gravel built up roof system that Bob Schmitz helped install at one of Rocky Flats most secure buildings.
Lockheed Martin There have been so many buildings at Lockheed Martin that Bob Schmitz has either personally help install or managed the installation of that pictures could not be provided for all of them. The systems at Lockheed Martin are Fully Adhered 60 and 90 mil rubber over a substantial insulation package.
Wells Fargo Building (Downtown Denver) There is a roof on this building. Well they really act as gutters for the glass top. The roofs are about 2 feet wide and run the entire length below the glass which is about 200 feet. The roof on the left is a Genflex TPO roof. The roof on the right is a Fibertite roof system. These roof installations were managed by Bob Schmitz. Even though the installation was done by other people Bob Schmitz designed, planned and executed the roofing process. Part of the execution was the inspection of the ongoing work and a final roof inspection. Managing these roofs was quite a unique experience.
Single Family Residential The gray roof is an example of a single family residential application. The roof material is an imitation slate made by Royal Roofing and is called Duraslate. This was installed with the addition of some vinyl siding.
Space Ship House Bob Schmitz supervised the application of a liquid applied waterproofing on the East Deck of the main home. An addition was installed to the West of the old part of the house where a 90 TPO roof system was installed and then buried with earth and then rock.
This is just the tip of the Iceberg of the experience that Bob Schmitz and Frontier Roofing Systems will bring to the table. |
