Commercial Roof Anchors
Designed with the highest quality U.S. certified carbon steel and tested to withstand a minimum of a 5,000 lb load, these commercial roof anchors meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI safety standards. These commercial roof anchors can be used for securing lifelines and the tieback of suspension equipment or direct rigging of a bosun’s chair for window cleaners. Commercial roof anchors are compatible with new construction as well as retro fit projects.

Weldable Roof Anchor
Anchors used on new steel frame construction. It is field welded to the structural beams. Web stiffeners and bracing can be applied for additional strength.
Beam Wrap Anchor
Anchor used on a steel framed roof with appropriate sized wide flanged beams. It is attached to the beam with four bolts and a steel bottom plate.
Bolt through Anchor
Anchor used on walls, roofs, or floor slabs with less than 8″ of concrete. It’s attached through the deck with a bolt, back plate, lock washer, and nut.
Anchor used on walls, roofs, or floor slabs with at least 8″ of concrete. It’s attached to the concrete with stainless steel rods and a certified chemical adhesive system.
Open Web Joist Anchor
Anchor is attached to steel open web joist framing members. The steel H-frame assembly is mechanically attached to the H-frame.

Roof Safe Rail System
This extruded aluminum rail system also has excellent functionality through its free flowing attachment carriage that never passes over brackets. It provides a high level of safety for all users. It is aesthetically pleasing and can be color matched to metal roof panels.

Horizontal Lifeline System
This can be designed and used as either a fall restraint system or a fall arrest system with the use of energy absorbing anchors or inline shock absorbers — limits the forces generated in a fall. Either system can be made to accommodate multiple workers.
Vertical Lifeline System
This system acts as a safety climbing system that is permanently installed to a ladder or vertical structure. It includes a shuttle attachment to allow for continuous hands free climbing — improved safety in the event of a fall or slip. There are a wide range of components available to address installations in the most demanding environment.
This system is installed around the perimeter of rooftops and is used to suspend self-powered platforms, cages, or bosun chairs. It will work with both new construction and as a retrofitting. Buildings of all heights are using this system more and more to address protruding features on building facades — shade louvers, eyebrows, sun shades, awnings, glass curtain walls, and non-load bearing parapet walls. This system allows suspension points to be located away from the building so that wire cables and safety lines do not load or damage architectural features.

These sleeves are designed to allow workers to have the proper rigging access when a buildings’ features obstruct areas of work. The rigging sleeve system comes in a variety of configurations, all designed to support self-powered platforms and bosun chair use.
Vertical Rigging Sleeves
These sleeves are ideal for penetrating overhangs or cantilevered areas. They can be installed as a through bolt, cast-in-place, chemical adhesive, weldable, or beam wrap applications.
Horizontal Rigging Sleeves
Sleeves used to penetrate high screen walls, They can be supplied with a telescopic boom where additional reach is required.
Curved Rigging Sleeves
Sleeves can be used in conditions like mansard roofing systems or other types of faux roof or screen wall structures.
This beam provides practical and efficient means for suspending self-powered platforms, cages or bosun’s chairs. It is pinned directly to a roof anchor. This is the ideal solution for situations where a buildings’ roof cannot withstand the significant loads generated by Davit Systems. The Outrigger Beam allows the suspension point to be located away from the buildings’ architectural elements so that wire cables and safety lines don’t load or damage these features. During maintenance, this beam can be moved around a building’s work area and pinned to different anchor points. It is easily placed in storage when not in use.
Guard Rail Base & Rail System
This system is based on a passive vs. active safety system. It offers fall protection without the need for additional equipment or personnel training. Guard rails are installed along open-sided walking surfaces, roofs, terraces, balconies, stairways, ramps, and landings that expose workers to a fall of 4′ or greater — OSHA requires guard rails to be 42″. The unique design incorporates a counterweighted base and allows the guardrail to be placed closer to parapet walls while reducing the weight per said base. This base is non-penetrating and designed to further protect your roofing system by limiting the bearing pressures to less than 1psi. They can be configured in temporary or permanent systems as needed.

Depending on the conditions of the site, these rail systems may be custom configured to accommodate nearly any condition conceived and engineered to support the amount of workers specified. It is constructed of either high grade steel or aluminum. The safety factor these systems are designed with is 2:1.
Overhead Cable Systems
This system consists of all stainless steel components. It has the ability to free span great distances and offer users uninterrupted access along the entire roofing system. It is ideal for situations where overhead structures are minimal or non-existant. Overhead cable systems are an excellent alternative to costly inverted “L” & “T” supports.
